An ongoing shared guttering problem, which had been broken after a previous poor traders work was solved super quickly with diplomacy, efficiency and good humour. I’d contacted 4 traders regarding the problem and Darren was the only one with the courtesy to answer and talk through the job with me. I was fortunate that his team could come out within the week. They were real problem solvers and both myself and my neighbours are happy with the work. No more damp walls. Great result and very highly recommended.
